The United States announced that it had cut off aid to UNRWA immediately following the International Court of Justice’s ruling in South Africa’s genocide case but the United States—along with every other country in the world—has not taken even a single action against Israel, the party violating the Genocide Convention!

The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, held public hearings on the request for the indication of provisional measures submitted by South Africa in the case South Africa v. Israel on 11 and 12 January 2024, at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court. This Friday, on 26 January 2024 at 1PM (7AM ET), it will give its ruling on the matter.
